How to own meetings and use them in your favor

Recently I picked a book from the neighborhood street library. It is titled Meetings, meetings: How to manipulate them and make them more fun, written by Winston Fletcher.

Why did I pick the book?

I have been in too many meetings in my life already and there will be many more in the future. Especially Covid-19 increased the number of meetings in our lives. So I thought why not see if there are any tricks that I can learn from this book.
